Too cold? Golden shave down update

Yeah! The lady who wanted her outside dog shaved cancelled her appointment, I'm so happy. Let me give you an idea of how cold it is here. It was 3 degrees when I left for work yesterday and we had a high of 13. Today they cancelled school just for the temperature alone, it's currently 0 degrees and probably won't get any warmer than yesterday. No dog should be outside right now whether he has hair or not, it makes me sick to see the dogs up and down the street in my neighborhood outside in this weather.

Being here in Buffalo, I'm fortunate that not only do they keep their appointments,they listen to their groomer.
I tell them that "THE NEXT FEW WEEKS IS FORECAST EXTREME COLD AND I WON'T BE TAKING MUCH OFF TODAY...I'LL SCISSOR AND LEAVE IT TIL THE NEXT TIME" They say 'What ever you think". I do it this way or send them to whomever.Just my opinion

It was I think about 8 today...brrrr....

I'm glad she cancelled. The Humane Society in our city spends alot of time in weather like this knocking on doors of people keeping pets outside that are not suited to this weather. Some don't even have a decent doghouse to go in, it's frustrating and worrisome to hear about it.

Oh I know! It's very cold here. I had to Shave a Golen today but he's an inside dog. It makes me mad that people could let their dogs outside in this weather!! I actually went by a house that these peole let their dog out 24/7 hot as heck and freezing weather. Well I yelled real loud "Take your dog inside!'. Yea I'm crazy!!
