Do any employees make any money off doing nails?

Some places let the employee keep all of the money for doing just a nail trim some places give the employee 50%.

I get 50%, but we charge more than the groomers since we are an animal hospital.

I'm by myself so I get 100% but if I did have an employee It would be the same as their commission for grooming

I don't get any extra money. I am hourly on top of commission, so I am paid hourly for the nail clipping. (I'm assuming we're talking walkins right? Did I miss that in my original post?)

Whoever does the nail trim gets the $. I figure it is a nice little bonus for other people and it doesn't cost me anything anyway...
