I have heard alot of talk about policies and I dont know that our shop really has any. I think it would be good if we could say "this is our policy"

So can anybody give me examples of what kind of policies they have?

And also policies rearding employees?

We have many policies. If they are late to drop off,if they are late to pick up, 1st time visits,dematting,rush through fees etc. Sometimes they actually listen to them and abide by them and other times they don't and act shocked. But they not only get a sheet of our policies they sign that they read them.
