I need help with dye jobs on pets ???

Hello,
I need some help with what to use to use thats safe to dye pets coats and how to dye thier hair. I have been a groomer for awhile but I have never dyed a pet before. I have heard you can use kool-aid or food coloring ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I agree with the food coloring, I like to use Manic Panic though. I've gotten good results. I got the idea from groomer to groomer. The lady on the cover (I can't remeber her name) who won the creative contest uses it. It's all natural and won't harm the dog. I hope that helps!

Blow pens, and stencils, for detail work, you can get them at Michaels or craft stores. There's also another thread on this somewhere. Food coloring works on an all over coloring.

Sidewalk Chalk (non-toxic crayloa...moisten in a bowl of warm water, draw lines in the hair and brush through)
Blo Pens, Kool Aid (unsweetened) , Food Coloring, Manic Panic, Punky Color.
