  • clipper vac on cats

I use my clipper vac alot but have never tried on cats. Is it safe to do so? I am scared I would rip the poor kitty to shreds.
    Anybody tried or does this?
    Thanks

I use the clipper vac on kitties all the time, with caution, of course. I do alot of cats and I have never had a problem with cuts, you just have to make sure that you really have the kitties skin stretched good.

If I had to groom a cat without my clipper vac, I would just assume slit my wrists and do push ups in the bathtub. NO THANK YOU!!!

Girl, just open that regulator on the CV right up, slip a #10 blade on your clipper and groom away!!! It is especially helpful for armpits and bellies on kitties that are harder to maneuver.

You can cut them a LITTLE easier than you could without the CV, but if you're careful, you'll have a lot more success grooming them without it, I feel.
