  • Bows

I had a customer call that really wants bows for her dogs after they're groomed. So, these are my first attempts at bow making.

Gosh. How long does it take to approve an attachment. Will this happen all the time, or is it just because the dog wearing the bow was naked lol!

I'm waiting to see, I have a tendency to just order bows from e-bay there are some really good ones that I have gotten there and it saves me time that I do not have.

I can open the attachment by clicking on the link or is that just because it's my thread.

LOL - naked dog. I've had a few of those the last couple weeks.

I think your bow is adorable! I guess I'm too lazy to make them - I know they wouldn't be that cute anyway. I buy from elcharbows.com - they're WONDEFUL!!

now I see the pic. No naked dog. They must have photo shopped that out lol. That is really nice bow. I was looking at the ones in Pet Edge today and I would never buy some of those. the close up's show that the bow is not even close to being even. One loop is bigger than the other. Great job Shell...

Your bows are so cute. The ones I make sure aren't that cute.

I made them myself. I took a little hair elastic, a piece of ribbon, and a piece of tulle. The tulle I folded fan like or close to it, put the ribbon on top of it and then took the elastic and looped it around (one end through the other and tightened). Then I made my bow and when I was satisfied with that I fluffed the tulle around the bow. I glued the feather on the back of the one. I had a great time making bows and bandanas yesterday - very relaxing.

I have not made any bows yet. That is a really cute bow. I wish I had the talent todo that. I cant even braid my daughters hair never mind add a bow. the only bows I will be using are the ones that I buy.
