  • In memory of PeteyPie my kitty

    Age ten and a half.
Had him ever since I found him in a brush pile at the barely eyes open stage.
His littermates did not survive. He was a "pistol" hense the name Pistol Pete.
Later morphed in to Petey Pie.
Roamed the farm till we moved a year and a half ago. A house cat for the last year and a half.
His animia was sudden and severe. He lasted exactly one week. Nothing to do for it. Unknown cause.
I will bury him out front of the house under the wild violets, outside where he would like to be anyhow.
I am kind of relieved for him. He just sort of faded away.
Just will miss him on my chest at night. My grey and white "corsage".
    I am so sad.

    I'm sorry

I'm so sorry for your loss. PeteyPie sounds like a wonderful boy, and he was very handsome. I miss my kitty snuggling at night too so I understand. My thoughts and prayers are with you and Petey. I believe you will be together again someday.

Ohhh, what a pretty boy. Love those outstretched paws in the photo, very cute. I'm so sorry for your loss. Sounds like he had a great life though.

We used to laugh at his outstreached legs.
This was a thing that made him unique.
He LOVED for you to rub his legs.
Just pet them from the top to his paws.
I have never seen a cat love it so much.
He would jump up on me and out those little
              legs would come.
I had a couple good hard cries yesterday, and
a long nap. Feeling a little better. I just have never
lost one so fast, and there was usually something I
could do. BUt he is free of any pain he had, and I
buried him out under the tulips outside where he longed
to be. I have another cat and he is being unusually
sweet to me. I think he knows Petey is gone too.
At least I am no longer dreaming about dying cats.
