I got a card in the mail today from a long time customer. their beloved cocker Lilly passed away on january 30th. neither owner drives so I have been picking her up and dropping her off for years. not an easy task, we weighed her once, she tipped the scale at 50#. sweetest dog. I groomed her for the last time in december and clipped her at her home after mom bathed her. I called them for her january appointment and they said she wasnt well and would have to cancel for now. Ive been pulling cards and getting ready to return to work, and thought I needed to give them a call to check on her. I delayed because I was afraid of the answer. I'm going to send them some flowers. she was really special and will be fondly missed.
