I had a woman tell me today that her vet told her if the dogs ears stink that means he needs his anal glands expressed.

Am I missing something here? lol

Well, if it's backed up it's got to come out somewhere. LOL! Sorry, just my first thought. I have never heard of ears being linked to anal sacs but I have heard about eyes and ears being linked. If the dog has weepy, brown stained eyes it sometimes is caused by an ear infection. But, I could be wrong about that.

LMAO you need to find out who that vet is because he must have a sarcastic streak and the lady didn't pick up on it or he has a lot of dogs with raging ear infections and really clean anal glands lol. Where the heck do these doctors come up with stuff like this or are the owners making things up to get off the hook for not taking care of something. All in all I think I that was the funniest thing I have read today
