I'm not exactly overweight, more like squishy. Ick. My goal is to get in shape, and get rid of this lovely tummy. I'm cutting most of the sugar and refined flour junk. I'm going to pick out something new every week to make my salads more interesting, and better snack foods too. Not a big soda drinker anyway, but I need to drink more water period. Exercising at least four days a week with a DVD my Mom uses with success. Starting tomorrow!
