  • TailsRWagon 2010 Track Record

    Happy New Year to all.

This is my track record for 2010.
    Age: 47
    Today's weight 149.2
    Height 5'8"
    Frame: Large bones.

Goal is to maintain through out the year and be at or within 5 lbs of today's weight.
Secondary Goal is to continue to exercise with WII Fit 30 minutes every day.

    Good Luck to all.

I gained about six lbs back since the day before TG

I have been good today and I am writing down and counting my points again. I also purchased that product called SENSA at a good price for 2 months 30 day $ back guarantee. I figure maybe it will help get me back to where I was or better. I also plan to buy an exercise item. I eat better when I am out being busy working. TV and boredom make me want to eat.

You are such an inspiration!! Congrats on your weight loss and best of luck with your maintenance. I still go to WW. I have maintained thru the holidays. I am terrible about tracking. I'm gonna stick with it though. I got a wii fit also and am looking forward to trying it!

First official weigh in for 2010

Today was my first official 2010 weight in at WW.
I gained .6 from the last time I weighted just before the holidays.
            Official weight 151.2
Not bad. I am still free lifetime.

This week I will work on getting back to a regular eating routine. The holidays are over and the **** is out of the house.

              Dropped 3 lbs

So, I panicked over the **** I ate over the holidays and did too well on trying to drop it.
I have now lost 106.2 lbs and currently weight 148.2 official ww scale.

Today I splurged and had a Dairy Queen blizzard. I have been craving one of those for about 2 months now. So I got that all out of my system.

Amazingly I am down another .2 lbs.
I even splurged this week and had a small Dairy Queen blizzard.
I guess I can have one every once in a while.

Well I was up 1.2 lbs today.
It's all salt and water retention.
We had a party on Saturday with chips and dip, cheese and crackers.
Love the salt but boy does it hang on.
Need to drink a ton of water this week and flush it all out.

The salt is definitely the worst. I am addicted to Light Pringles, but they have so much salt that when I eat them I hold a lot of water!!

                      Still Here

I have been kind of off track for a while.
I had a couple of weeks where stress and life got in the way of me keeping track.
I have been weighing in each week but haven't been posting
I am maintaining fairly well. One week I'll be up a pound the next week down.
All and All I am keeping steady at 150 lbs.

                        Haven't forgot

I haven't forgot about you all.
I have been busy with other things. I recently auditioned for a Civic Theater play and have been cast in Annie get your gun.
I am going to be playing one of the society ladies at the elegant ball.
I attribute most of this to 1. My singing voice but 2. The fact that I would look really good in an evening gown at this stage of my life.
100 lbs ago I would probably not even be considered for this part.
                        Another perk to weight loss.
Keep up the great work everyone.

I've never visited this forum before, but thanks to the "New Posts" tab (TY, Stephen!) I had the opportunity to read this. All I can say is HOLYCRAPGIRLYOULOST100POUNDS?!?!? And you did it the hard way (diet & exercise vs. liposuction & surgery), too? That is out - damn - standing!! I hope you're suitably proud of yourself - you really should be!

I am seriously impressed. Seriously. Impressed.

Been gone for quite a while

Well the play that I was in took it out of me.
It was a 4 month frenzy of rehersals and shows.
Needless to say the pace of rushing home from grooming, woofing down dinner and running back out for rehersal/show did horrible things to my maintenance plan.
With all the goodies back stage I gained 10 lbs in that 4 month period.
I am now working on trying to get them back off. In the 4 weeks that I have been back to WW I have only lost 6 lbs.
It seems to be taking much more out of me to lose 10 lbs.
I'll have to pull out my week 1 book for Weight Watchers and start over as a new member.
