I saw this on ebay- I hope that's what it was called.
It's endorsed by Kim Laube.

You can trim grind safely without hitting the qiuck.

Anyone heard of this?
Used this?

Is it guaranteed to not hit the quick?

Are you talking about the Laube nail grinder? If so, a friend purchased one to give it a try. I gave it the effort, but never got comfortable with it. I wasn't really able to make it work for me, or to get the nail in the right position to make it work. I'll stick with my Dremel.
