This brings back memories, I have put together several shops in my day, 5 to be exact 2 in California, 1 in colo. and 2 in Wa. state. It's so much fun isn't it? Nice big area you have there.I would love to see your finish pics too. How long do you estimate before "Opening"?

I love the lenolium in your main room.
I am redoing a garage, and I want to ask you what is under the linolium.
Of course mine is cement.

I was going to just put that epoxy coating over it, but I sure do like the look of that floor.
Now I don't know what I want.

How exciting!! How big is it and how many rooms are there? Do you have a neighbor or are those other doors yours too? Don't mean to ask so many Q's..was just trying to get a layout in my head.

The space is 700sqft. I'm the last unit on the building. I will be doing everything myself for the most part but will have some friends coming 2-3 days a week to help with checking the dogs out. If all my equipment arrives on time I plan to open the second week of Feb. The floor is made up of 1x1 vinal type tiles. I picked it out but the land lord installed it. I'm not sure what's under it but it does have a seal on the joints to prevent anything from seaping under it. It's 3 rooms aside from the closet and bathroom. I think I answer all the question so far
