Ha, that's funny Maggy! When I saw the first pic I thought hmmm...1/2 bat. And I groomed 2 poms today (SAD!) - I would've fell for this one. I got here too late. So how's your new doggie doing? Anymore walks on the beach?

Suzie, Brenna is doing GREAT, I adore her!

I need to get her socialized though. She's terrified of men and children, neither of whom I hang around very many of and I don't want to walk up to strange men OR children and ask them to pet my dog who doesn't like them. lol

              Here she is eating Mollie:

When they play I always tell her to go eat the beagle! And yes, she has a bow in her hair! I was on my way out the door and my coworker needed me to show her how to put them in so I did and it stayed in until I pulled it out. lol

I never did take them to the beach. I need to work on her training and boosting her confidence. Tomorrow I'd like to take them to a new place to walk if I can find one other than the same old path.

Cute Pom/Bat mix....lol... It sounds like you are doing GREAT w/Brenna. Keep up the great training work and keep us up on her progress. BTW, if you are close to SC I have 3 kids who are very well versed in how to behave around dogs. You could try Brenna out on them!!! jk

Seeing her eating Mollie, she doesn't look terrified much of anything. Just goes to prove looks can be deceiving. Cute pic! Geez, so it does sound like she needs to get some socialization. I got kids and a man you can borrow. jk We used to have a GS that would act like she was going to eat men, my husband included. (So come to think of it, he may not be much help to ya anyway, maybe he would just confirm her thinking about men. lol) Hope you can figure out some tricks to get her warmed up. Maybe try a new more populated area to walk. Did you walk the new path yet? The weather was gorgeous here today!!

Suzie, no walk today, I could've gone if I got up earlier but I waz lazy. By the time I was awake enough to consider going, we were geting t-storms off and on for the rest of the afternoon.

Dang, I'm a few days late on guessing the breed. For once I would have gotten it right!!!!! I would have said a Pom, I've done a couple that have been done that short. But the one you did really has some BIG ears! LOL

Brenna is so lucky to have found such a good home. Sounds like she is doing wonderful.

I sure hope Mollie doesn't mind being chewed on all the time.

Boy I'm getting forgetful. The LH Doxie looks pretty good. She sure does have a sad looking coat on the before pic. Looks sooooo much better after you performed your magic on her.
