My first Std. Poodle

She did not like being groomed. I did not have much to work with as she was matted. She was at the same house as Timmy the killer Lhasa.

Her face looks like it is clipped nicely, I would make the line seperating the topknot from the ear more definite though. If that line is blended it looks more like a bichon top knot instead of a poodle.

With the poodle being black its difficult to see the details. Is the line of the topknot going from the corner of the eye back to the top of the ear canal? For some reason it looks like its slanting downward. The only thing I woulld suggest is maybe doing the V down the neck to give a more elegant look? Very pretty girl.

I have tired to do that on min poo's and I can't get it right. I was never shown how to do that and I am a visual learner. I wish someone could show me lol. Make me a video.
