  • Poodle

First time showing any groom I do.. Jimmy is not standing up properly and wouldn't co-operate at all. He is lurching forward so he is standing weird.. Got a chance to snap this shot. What can I do better??
His mom doesn't want poodle feet and don't touch those ears.. He's a good boy throughout the whole ordeal..

I think he looks perfect. I like poodles with no poodle feet. I wouldn't change a thing.

For some reason my puter won't let me enlarge the image, but from the nail he looks terriffic! Big Pat on the Back!

I think it looks wonderful. I could tweek it just a but... Something like this... Your tuck up is high and to far back.. If you look, you cut up the rear leg in the front... The tail is out of balance.. But still its a wonderful clean cut! Its hard to tell from the way hes standing too.. But his top line and neck could be tweek a bit.. But my hats off to you.. Nice Job!

              beautiful!

beautiful job! (and bubbles - very good idea with the lines - it's easier to see what you're talking about - how'd you do it?!)

The only thing that I can see is that on the rear lower leg (ankle area) it looks a LITTLE poofy over the foot .... i think this could just be a bit tighter - same on the front, but less so.

              your scissor is awesome though.

Thanks for the feedback.. His owner is an older woman probably in her late 80's and I try to make the groom so he doesn't get too matted in problem areas.. Yeah I know the tuckup is not right trying to work on that one.

It is amazing. The average person would be in Aww of your work, but show a groomer and they can always find something you missed or did wrong lol.
If your dog is fat, you are not getting enough exercise!

It takes a 8yr to show you the neat little extra's you have on your computer. LOL... I think I did it with my paint pro... I will have to ask my daughter..

                      Nice work

Nice work. I'm like you and always trying to improve my work, but that looks like a very nice job, especially for a pet groom.
