This allowed owner Dianne O’Donnell to expand from just pet offering grooming services, to selling pet foods and supplements, as well as be a part of the community where her three now-grown children grew up. Ten years ago, Dianne O’Donnell made a big switch – from fixing computers to grooming pets.
“It was really a random thing, it wasn’t anything I’d planned,” she told the Press.
At that time, she operated out of a small office on Raymond Road and McKenna Boulevard in Madison. But last June, the Verona resident since 2011 finally found the opportunity she had been waiting for – a bigger space closer to the school district that taught her three kids .............
