    Pet Food Recall

The Menu Foods website does not list Iams, Eukanuba, and Science Diet so here are the links to the wet foods being recalled by those companies:

when the same company makes 3 major brands, as well as smaller name brands of "cuts and gravy" It makes you think about what you are feeding your dog/cat.
Never gonna know if you never even try

GREAT! I just fed my dog Nutro! I got a bunch of samples at the Pet expo. Guess the Nutro guy will not be there tomorrow.
If your dog is fat, you are not getting enough exercise!

                nutro

I can't get onto the iams site. I feed my elderly pom nutro adult turkey, lamb and pasta formula canned nutro natural choice. He had no teeth. Does anyone know has that been recalled. I'm really worried now for my little pom. Thanks

You're not the only one. My dogs eat Evo and the cats eat Royal Canin ( got to fat on Evo they're lazy) with a special treat of raw at dinner time. Thankfully it was just the canned but that was a lot of cans.

I thought it was wet/canned food that was being recalled? I feed my dog good kibble and he's healthy as a horse.

My poor 17-year-old heeler mix; if I wasn't a bad pet owner feeding her kibble, maybe she'd live to be an old dog.... (insert rolling eyes icon here)

And my 10 year old standard poodle that acts like she's 10 months old and outruns the young dogs at the dog park--maybe if I fed her "good" food rather than that horrible Nutro Ultra Senior, maybe she'd have a little energy.... (again, insert rolling eyes)

And poor Arthur--y'all saw the pictures of how unhealthy HE is; dull sparse coat, lifeless eyes.... Poor dog. If KSDS, Inc was a "responsible" assistance dog provider, they'd turn down Hills sponsorship and feed their puppies and working dogs a "good" food..... (same rolling eyes)

the only thing that was recall was the wet food it wasnt the dry food, We were told to stop selling all the wet nutro but not the dry. The wet has somthing in the gravy, atleast thats what we were told at my job. what a mess this is. its not going to be good for nutro at all.

                            Pet Food Recall List

A complete list of the recalled products along with product codes, descriptions and production dates was available from the Menu Foods Web site, http://www.menufoods.com/recall. The company also designated two phone numbers that pet owners could call for information — (866) 463-6738 and (866) 895-2708 — but callers kept the lines busy for much of Saturday.

I talked to the Nutro rep today. They volentarily recalled their food because it was manufactured at the same place. There is no evidence at this point that their food was tainted.
