After your registration is complete and you are logged in, the Register link disappears. It is replaced with USER CP. That is YOUR User Control Panel.

Click that link. Now you have access to plenty of things about your account including adding on avatars, writing your signature, adding a personal photo and so much more. Everyone should be very familiar with their User CP area.
