  • I can't seem to find a 24 hour search

You know like when there are no new posts, it says search entries in the last 24 hours. I likely could find a way to do that if I read all the faqs and hints, but I don't even have time to read the new threads, so

Anybody have a quick answer as to how to bring a search for the last 24 hours?
Money will buy you a pretty good dog but it won't buy the wag of it's tail.

You can find "Today's Posts" under the "Quick Links" feature on the toolbar near the top of the page. Also, under your "User CP" on that same toolbar, you'll find "Edit Options" in the column on your left. There, you'll find an option called "Default Thread Age Cut-off" which probably says "Use Forum Default" right now. You can change it so the main board will only show you posts from a certain time period like "Show all threads from last day" or "last 2 days" or "last week", etc.

Another feature that is helping me keep up with the threads I've posted to or want to read is the subscribe to thread feature. Under "User CP", then "Edit Options", there's a "Default Thread Subscription" where you can select "Instant Email Notification". This will automatically subscribe you to any threads you post to, and you'll receive any new messages others post to that thread via emails. If you want to receive messages via emails from threads you're just reading, you can use the "Thread Tools" feature at the top of each thread and select "Subscribe to this thread."

    Hope this help!
