I will probably go for the vendors, but, once again will probably skip the creative grooming which I found offensive.

Can anyone (pet owners) go or is it strictly groomers only? If anyone can go, I'll more than likely go just to see creative grooming and vendors. Who knows, maybe I'll learn some new tricks to grooming my poodles!

THERE IS NO guarantee we will find breed contacts, however the sooner we all look, the sooner people wanting to support competition, the sooner we find the pets for you.

Mel, it was the 20th anniversary in 2007 when I went for the first time. I remember because I did get the lifetime membership. This should be the 23rd anniversary. Am I wrong?

Tammy, I just noticed (on my 3rd or 4th reading, I might add) that it says the 20th anniversary of ISCC, which I know was established in 1990 (plus it says so on the logo).

In 2007, they were celebrating the 20th anniversary of the U.S. Pet Pro Classic, which was established in 1987. At that time, Pam was still the president of IPG, so no ISCC yet.

Kathleen is correct, this year 2010 is the 20th Anniversary of the ISCC, the Association, the US Pet Pro Classic Trade Show and Educational Event will be 23 years old this year, two different things.

so for ISCC all members remember to wear your member pins all year at any shows you go to, this way we will see you and give you discounts and at any time at any show all year if we see a member pin on the floor anyone of us could approach you and give you a gift!!! a suprise at that,
If you want to take advantage of the specials, they are $500 for Lifetime!? How can you beat that!
and for 2010 it is your chance member or non member to get Supercoats at a great price $350 that is a savings of $200.

The US Pet Pro Classic will be FULL of Suprises going into the show and at the show so stay here to learn more, you never no what! or when we will throw out something

Can anyone tell me if any of the seminars given are the lectures needed for ISCC cert.?

If you get a chance to take Pam L's class on skin & coat anatomy take it. That class lays the framework for the rest of the things you will learn about bathing & setting up the framework for the groom.

Classic Seminars

The classic Seminars are all designed to help the stylist, bather and business owner. At the Classic for the ISCC members (which The US Pet Pro Classic is not for ISCC members only, the show is open to all pet care professionals, you do not have to belong or test for ISCC) But, Pam does do seminars for all and members get benefit, i.e. skin and coat for dermatech, CPR First Aid, and a private open house this year for ISCC Members for this is the 20th anniversary of the ISCC.
So the Classic Seminars will benefit you all in every aspect of your careers.
Right now we are putting together the catalog, so soon the seminars will be posted

We got Classic News!

THE US PET PRO CLASSIC IN DALLAS AUGUST 27-30 2010;

Ok we have Certification, FULL Certification, so bring it all if you want to Certify with either..... ISCC or IPG or National Cat Groomers, OR certify with them all!!! so now! Everyone should be thrilled with this....!!!!

So far we have Continuing Education, Certificate Programs from, Curtis Hanvey, The Best of The Masters, Danelle German (meow), Espree, Jody Murphy and more are signing up so get ready for not only the Greatest Creative Runway, but introducing New this year...... oh! cant tell you that one yet, have to wait to see at Intergroom.....

calling all Creative

The Us Pet Pro Classic in Dallas TX Aug 27th - 30th 2010, has over 110 hours of education on the program plus shopping and creative BLOW OUT!!!!!! the Creative seminars are over 10 hours by the top winners, you will learn more and be blown away by the Creative runway, The FIRST and Biggest Runway event in the Industry.

All Classic schedules and checklist Will be at petstylist.com by monday (we hope) i will be posting as soon as I get the ok.

If you are considering the Classic this year, as soon as you decide you need to book your rooms, they will sell out this year, and register early with your check list, the classrooms will fill up and you may miss out on something you really wanted to see.

All checklisyts must be returned by august, with registration fees, keep in mind registrations are already coming in, classes this year will fill up!!!!!

Cannot wait to see you all, more info as I get it....
