As alot of you know we have never had competitions at the NorthWest Grooming Show at least not in the 5 years that I have been attending. This year we are having competitions and a friend is using my standard. A question has come up about grooming a male that has not been fixed. do you have to cut all of the hair away from the testicles or can they still be "Hidden" by hair. Someone told us that they have to be exposed. So all of you competition people. Who is correct. Help Dante is chasing his behind and seems not to like the fact the he is exposed

I was informed by someone that it depends on the breed. Being he is a St. Poo the answer was quote: clean, clean, clean lol"

When I was certifying one of the judges liked it "clean, yet natural". In other words, leave a little hair in that area but clean the rest.
I still have issues with that.
