Gibson/Governor offers insurance especially for grooming shops. There may be a listing for them on this site, if not, check NDGAA's site. They consider the pet more than "just property."

The John Glover Agency in Conn. offers grooming insurance for mobiles, but I don't know about shop.

I am with Hartford and they do offer a professional liability insurance.
