Who has how many of what?

How many regular clients do you have? (Every 8 weeks or less)

How many slots do you have for new clients on a say weekly basis?

How many "dog gets groomed no more than 4 times a year" for example do you have?

I would say 80% of my clients are pre-booking 4 weeks or less. I'm in my own salon now, with a full time groomer and bather, so I am taking on more new clients every week. When it was just me, about 95% of my clients were regular.
Now I can take those that call in, not just those that are referrals like I used to do.

I'd like to get the number back up to 90%. Gotta work on those new ones!
