I'm thinking by the past you should have known what you were getting into. Ughhh Hopefully the checks good and you never have to go there again. Sounded like a nightmare.

Check good ,got the money. Need to casll ryans about blades. Not usual for them. Laube blades had been set aside for few years! someone found them and reconditioned them. Sold at discount price. I need to know ...how often do yall oil blades? Do your blades seem the same even if diff companies? Could you tell if you didn't read name? Mobile question. How do you keep bl;ades from rusting in damp. cold weather and condensation in van? I know we should bring all blades and equipment in at nite, but I don't. Used to keep scissors in side flip top cabinet...now sit on shelf w/ holes. Pams' hubby made...tried it she gave it to me. scissors exposed, but i like it. need to move from table. That poodle was under point of scissor closest to table.Thought problems over when I got Ivac...now blades again! I realize a few matted ones ruin blades but, these are right iout of plastic boxes. Moderator...this is NOT a consumer complaint...rather ...a how to care for blades question..and condensation problem. Oil? How often? Never good attoil and cleaning fur from blades. Are you all diligent?

I was told to store my blades in the blade wash when not using for a long time.

When we were at grooming school they told us since we didn't have jobs lined up right away and wouldn't be using our blades for a while to leave them stored in a small container of blade was to keep them from rusting out. All of my blades from different manufacturers work and cut a little differently even when the same size. I was also told to try and use the same blades on the same clipper all the time or they could get thrown off balance and need to be re-adjusted. As an example too evertime I change my Laube blade drive, I need to re-adjust a couple of my blades cause they start to rattle.
