Ok first of all, that video probably had ten different dogs in it. Two, it's not at all abnormal for puppies to be born 'green'. It fades after a while. Then they are normal colored. I've had it happen at least a dozen times.

How long does it take for the green to wear off?

I would say a week, two tops. You notice they also don't show any pics of the pup later. The one litter they show grown up isn't even of that mom. It's pretty ridiculous.

The green is part amniotic fluid and part blood. I have had it happen too. Usually it's a sign of a damaged placenta or a dead puppy (at least in my experience). In white dogs it's usually gone in a week at most. Less if mom is vigilant about cleaning. Or I get ambitious and bathe them.
