    I agree Emma. I have a pre-pay no refund policy.
    That way I’m happy to take them, and usually they weed themselves out with me being a .....

    My phone is the same way. I still get VM alert from blocked calls. I wonder if my phone does have a setting to block VM as well? I will have to check now. Thanks for the info Kurt!

    I'm glad it works out as a solution for you, and that's all that matters. To me, it doesn't sound like a business solution. It sounds like a solution to a bad date who harasses someone, not a tardy or no-show business client. Anyway, that's me, not you. It definitely is a pain when someone doesn't show up for an appointment over and over again.

    Sounds like a good idea, but I wonder if they'd just show up to your door if they couldn't get through.
