    WOW.......I'm all for "free" advertisement, but this might be devastating for the salon......I've nipped a tongue or two, but never this bad, but it happens in a mina-second......and it was with dogs that couldn't keep their tongues inside. I too think that it must have been a slow day in the newsroom to have been broadcasted.

    In all fairness that's not just the dog licked the scissors or flicked out it's tongue. They removed part a good portion of that tongue. Yikes. Not saying it couldn't happen to any of us, nor that it should have made the news, but that's pretty severe.

    I'm not going to look. Didn't someone cut a tongue pretty badly and the vets were able to suture it??

    It's my prayer.. "please God don't let me join the nick a tongue club." Seriously.
