Grin Pink Himalayan pink salt mineral additive

For eating I never use table salt, all that sodium, bleech. Himalyan is my favorite alternative and contains about 90 minerals, tastes way great.

Mineral baths are wonderful. Maybe you have taken one, even the natural ones like in the Wine Country. I was happy to see an article in GTG that recommended you can add a pinch to your conditioners. We've been doing that for years to conditioners where we leave them set for 5 minutes. The article is in the August issue last month.

I never knew the difference and then I tried the pink salt. I can only say it has a buttery type flavor, so healthy, no water retention and doesn't affect blood pressure. I never thought about helping a mineral bath!! Genius.

That is brilliant. Saves a ton of money and I love the pink.

I use it every day. We clean our tap water 100% with a RO machine and wow does it taste better. Chlorine will kill you slowly. Then we add little himalayan salt since all the minerals were removed. True story people that come over with their dogs find them drinking at our water bowl. What's up with that? No kidding. Dogs love RO water then add back a good sea salt of Himalyan but many others. Proof, we laugh at the time.

Sometimes I wonder if Himalayan salt really comes from the Himalayas or were they just dyed pink? You'll never know!

I love now that my favorite potato chips come only with Himalayan salt!
