    Not Worthy Incentives

What kind of incentives do you business owners do for your customers to keep them coming back ??
Would love to hear different ideas that work.

Put out great work, be attentive to your customers' needs, treat dogs with kindness, that's basically what will give you repeat customers.
I am not a fan of giving discounts, maybe because my schedule is already full with customers on 2-4-6 week schedule, who are more than happy to pay my price, and then some.
Just do your best job, and people who appreciate it, will come and stay.

    I totally agree with ABDG!
Old groomers never die, they just go at a slower clip.

I agree with ABDG! To add to that though, we offer a 10% disc off your next groom if you prebook based on groomers recommendations. So if I recommend 8 weeks and they rebook for 10 they would not get the discount.

Same here. I don’t discount price but I make efforts to perform my best work on each dog no matter what condition is. Always working on improving my groom and provide better products and tools as well as an inviting environment at my place.

Same here with everyone else. Quality service and grooming is my incentive, I give them their money's worth and a pleasant experience.

I agree with all the answers. If the grooms and service are memorable, sincere and caring, that will keep most coming back. If you offered a discount groom, and what happens when you stop discounting? See? Make them feel important and valued, that's enough.
