    Absolutely!
    So glad you told the owner and the other groomer the reality of the situation. That poor dog! And sorry you had to go through that!
    I get scared when I am being handled by strangers, for example at hospitals, so I really get what pets go through. I was so very scared last time I was in a hospital, but no one suggested a calming pill. All that tension building up in the body feels toxic.

    I gave this to a couple bathers and groomers to read. We had a good talk at a meeting about this topic. We all came to agreement, that's something.
