    Default Flea infested apartment buildings

We got some new customers in a newer apartment complex that allows dogs and cats. There are like 250 apartments, upscale apartments. I wouldn't be surprised if there are half of them with dogs. Every time I go there I see people walking dogs, like a dozen or more. One of the owners was upset with all the fleas. Even neighbors without animals have flea issues and the management will not pay for spraying apartments. They can get traps and bombs, which help but there are so many more dogs and cats they never get 100%. Almost every dog has had a few fleas when I go there. I think we may do the Capstar rule if we see them. Some are using Advantage and that seems to be working but one in particular says the started putting these traps in their rooms and it really helps. Most of the people didn't know about Capstar so I am going to prepare a little flyer letting them know this new policy. Does that seem reasonable?
