    Oops Retro Pet Grooms

Do you ever get asked if you do RETRO pet grooms? What's retro to you? I find sometimes the name is retro but it is still the same groom today.

Hahaha... once. I was told to do a banded neck and tail on a poodle. Banded tail no problem.. but I figured the banded neck was old school lol.

Heh, I've done a band or two for people that can't figure out they need to brush UNDER the collar as well... But I have a fondness for vintage in general

Thanks, I was thinking of just installing a disco mirror ball and turning it on when they come back to pickup.

LOL. Great idea. I remember they had to do a disco dog or something like that on Groomer Has It.

I find some of the names are retro but the grooms are the same. It helps to have a sampler album as it is funny sometimes to listen to people try to explain the style. Some bring pictures, I like that.

I would have a mirror ball in my mobile but I am too tall. I would run into it. Kidding.

Wow almost forgot about banded necks. Haven't had that request in a long time.

I have 2 that still want the banded necks. I kind of like how some of today's youth loves the mid century modern homes. We see tons of them being refurbished and they even add some period piece furniture. But I am thinking of a couple of them that not only wear the clothes but ask about retro styles for their dogs!

Not long ago I had a new customer request a HAPPY TRIM. I thought that is a cute name but what is it? Turns out it is pretty much a like Lamb 1 inch all over. Made her happy.

OMG 4them you have me roaring. A disco ball in the front reception area. I love it. Turn it on and get out the portfolio of retro grooms.
