    Beaming Grudge Apartments

    Hello All,

I'm starting to get apartment clients. My Groomer has been complaining of trying to find parking spaces at apartments for truck and trailer
I almost want to turn away clients that lives in apartments but I don't think that's right.

What would you do in my situation. ?

I serve some customers in apartments. We had a couple tenants ask the management to allocate a space where temporarily the van could park during their office hours. They even provide 2 of those bright traffic cones and I put one at the front and back of my van while parked. Sometimes the spot is in the parking area for visitors, or behind the office. They prefer that I try to serve the place no more than once a week, so book them together. It really helps if you are not running a generator. That made things much easier.

I do some apartments on the days I fill in for a mobile groomer. We don't use generator, or rarely. The manager or office knows. Using a van instead of a tow car and trailer makes it easier. We can use the guest parking spots.

I did an apt yesterday had 3 tenants come ask for business cards. Just work things out with the office since it is their tenants that want services and they should be working to please them. I think the main thing is I don't make generator noise.
