House calls aren't the only way! I live in an expensive city (Austin)...I have found many places to rent for just $500! An even cheaper route is to check vet clinics...see if they will rent space to you. You could also check boarding kennels, or boutique shops. Renting a room inside another building is a great way to start!

I am currently renting from a boutique/training facillity. My rent is on a sliding scale...I pay a 'base rent', and my rent goes up depending on how many dogs I groom. I also have a max rent . PM me for details.
